BioYou can call me Emily or Ems/Emz. Whichever. Lets see..
I'm a huge Kelly Clarkson fan and I've been to four concerts of hers and met her once. She is amazing. She has an amazing voice and such a great personality - she's just so real and doesn't care what anybody thinks of her. She's a really big inspiration to me.
I'm also a big Sasha Cohen fan. Everything she does on ice amazes me. Every movement she makes is beautiful. I became a fan of hers back in 2000 when I watched her on Nationals. I'm so proud of all of her accomplishments and all that's to come.
Graham Colton is also somebody I really look up to. He deserves so much more than he gets. He has a cd out called "Drive", that's pretty amazing, but he didn't get promoted very much so not too many people know about him. All of you should really go check out his website, www.grahamcoltonband.com or his myspace www.myspace.com/grahamcoltonband and listen to some of the songs, because he is truly amazing. He has the sweetest personality as well.. Definetly not your typical "rock star". I love him. So like I said, go check him out =).
I do gymnastics. I've been doing it for 9 years now. I love to compete, but I am the most nervous person ever when it comes to competitions. I shake horribly and feel like I'm about to have like a heart attack or something, and the coaches are always telling me to breathe and calm down, haha. But I love learning new things and I can't wait for my next competition. I love all of my friends I practice with. They are great. They get me through each and every good and bad day at the gym.
When I grow up my dream is to become a singer. I love to sing. I've never taken lessons (choir not counting), but I hope to eventually get some to help me improve some. So yeah, there's my goal for the future =).
